                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioner Ghulam Serwar has prayed for the following relief (s):

a) That this Honourable Court may be pleased to call the Respondents No.1 to 12 in person before this Honourable Court and restrain them from harassing the petitioner and other family members without adopting due course of law.

b) To direct the respondent No.13 to provide legal protection to the petitioner party.

c) To give directions to respondents No.13 to take action against respondents No.1 to 11 in accordance with law.

d) To grant any relief to the petitioner which this Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

            Notices were issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G. Comments were filed by official respondents. In their comments they have stated that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner and his family members and every protection shall be provided to petitioner, if and when approached. Learned Asstt. A. G also states that official respondents shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall not indulge in the activity contrary to law. These statements have been taken on record. Mr.Muhammad Iqbal Mahar, advocate who is holding brief on behalf of Mr. Munir Ahmed Bijarani, advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
