            Through this constitution petition, petitioner Roopchand Bagri has prayed for the following reliefs:-

 

(a)               That this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue Rule Nisi for the production of detainee Mst. Fatima alias Bagwani alias Nirma through respondent No.2 and 3 and after her production before this Honourable Court, her statement may be recorded after her meeting with her parents and in the light of her statement she may be allowed to go where-ever she likes.

(b)               Award costs.

(c)                Grant any other equitable relief.

 

            Notice was issued to the respondents as well as Additional A.G. SIO of Crime No. 216/2012 under section 366-A, 34, PPC registered at Police Station Kamber  is present in Court and stated that Mst.Fatima alias Bagwani alias Nirma has voluntarily appeared today alongwith respondent No.1 and above mentioned criminal case has been disposed of in cancelled class. Statement of Mst. Fatima alias Bagwani alias Nirma is recorded in the open Court in which she has stated that she embraced Islam and converted to Islam and married to respondent No.1 Mukhtiarkar Ali Brohi according to her wishes without any compulsion or pressure. This court on the request of advocate for the petitioner allowed Mst.Fatima alias Bagwani alias Nirma to meet her parents in the Court room for half an hour and her statement was recorded. She is willing to go with her husband Mukhtiar Ali Brohi. She is allowed to go with her husband. Mr. Noorullah Gulsher Rind, advocate for the petitioner does not press this petition more and it is disposed of accordingly.
