It is inter-alia contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 28.07.2012, the husband of the petitioner namely Salahuddin S/o Qutubuddin  has been duly abducted by respondent No.5 alongwith other police officials in private dress without any FIR or crime registered against the husband of the petitioner at the behest of respondent No.6 with whom there is some business connection. Per learned counsel the whereabouts of the abductee Salahuddin are not traceable, whereas, there is serious apprehension that serious hurt and injury may be caused to the detenue who may be involved in false criminal cases by the respondent No.5.

Issue notice to the respondents, Prosecutor General Sindh and Advocate General Sindh for 28.08.2012 when the respondent No.5 shall be in attendance and shall also produce the alleged detenue in Court.
