Through the instant petition the following reliefs have been sought_

a) Hold and declare that under the circumstances and in view of the evidence produced by the petitioner in Case No.127/2011, the courts of District East have got jurisdiction and not the Courts of District Malir.

b) Direct the Respondent No.3 viz. the Appellate Court to dispose of the revision application within a week.

c) Award costs of the petition.

After arguing the matter at some length the learned counsel states that he would be satisfied and would not press the instant petition if directions are issued to the learned Vth  Additional District Judge, Karachi East to dispose of the Civil Revision No.127/2011, filed by the petitioner against an Order dated 21.7.2011 passed by the learned IVth  Senior Civil Judge and Rent Controller, Karachi East in Suit No.12./2011 after hearing both the parties in accordance with Law.

 Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, with direction to Vth Additional District Judge, Karachi East to dispose of the Civil Revision Application No.127/2011 within four weeks from the receipt of this Order  in accordance with Law.

 Petition stands disposed of alongwith listed applications in the above terms.
