                   Through this Constitutional Petition, Petitioner Ali Jan has prayed for the following reliefs :-

a) That this Honourable Court may graciously be pleased to call upon respondents restraining them from causing harassment to the petitioner on the pretext of aforesaid plot situated near Rest House of Irrigation Department in Warah and stop issuing threats of foisting false criminal cases in future.

b) Award costs.

c) Grant any other equitable relief.

                   Notice of this petition was issued to the respondents as well as Addl. A. G.

                   Comments have been filed by respondents No.1 and 5.  Copies have been supplied to the learned advocate for the petitioner. 

                   Above-mentioned respondents in the comments have specifically mentioned that no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner, nor petitioner will be harassed in future excepting due course of law.  Learned Addl. A. G., also states that action, if any, shall be taken against the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.  Learned advocate for the petitioner is satisfied with the comments, which have been placed on record and does not press the petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
