Statement has been filed by Secretary and Chairman of respondent No.4 wherein it is clarified that a notification has already been issued by Agriculture Department Government of Sindh Karachi in Amendments in unified Grade Service Rules 1983 and enclosed copy thereof. According to amendment rules, Market Committee Jacobabad will ensure monthly pension to petitioner from June 2012 a cheque dated 04-9-2012 for an amount of Rs.12004/- is attached with undertaking that further monthly pension would be paid regularly by the respondent No.4 to the petitioner and outstanding amount would be cleared within two years positively. This statement is taken on record. Cheque enclosed with the statement is hereby delivered to the petitioner. His endorsement is taken on the Court file.

In view of the statement filed today by the respondent No.4, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. The same is disposed of accordingly in terms of the statement filed today.
