1.                In view of order that I propose to pass at serial No.4, office objection is overruled.

2.                Granted. 

3.                Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4.                Applicant Wadhial Shah is present alongwith his advocate.  It is, inter alia, contended by the learned Counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been booked in crime No.170/2009 of PS Thul, Distroct Jacobabad, for offence under Sections 392, 34, PPC.  It is further contended that the applicant is apprehending his arrest as soon as he appears before the learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, for seeking bail before arrest. 

                   Without touching merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicant for 7 days from today subject to his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 7 days from today.  

                   Application stands disposed of accordingly.
