            Learned counsel for C.D.G.K. files a statement alongwith photocopies of another statement and of cheques issued to the petitioner towards the outstanding dues and  pensionary benefits of the petitioner.

            We would, therefore,  disposed of this petition having achieved its purpose, however, in case, the petitioner has any grievance against the respondents regarding his  outstanding dues to be paid to him, he may approach this Court through a simple application.

            The petition alongwith the pending applications, stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
