            Through this petition, the petitioner has sought following reliefs :-

i) That respondent No. 1 may be pleased to direct to show under what law and authority he is i.e. respondent No. 1 occupying the office of the Prime Minister of Pakistan and exercising the power being Prime Minister of Pakistan after the judgment dated 26.04.2012 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan wherein the respondent No. 1 has awarded/punished/convicted under the contempt of court law.

ii) Direct the respondent No. 2 to refer the petitioner’s reference dated 27.4.2012 against respondent No. 1 to the respondent No. 3 and perform their duties in accordance with law.

            However, since Mr. S. Yousuf Raza Gillani is no more Prime Minister of Pakistan, the petition has become infructuous.  The petition is accordingly dismissed.
