                        Through this Constitutional Petition, the petitioners prayed for the following relief :

a) We both petitioners may kindly be sent to Darul Aman, Larkana for shelter till recovery of our mother and two sisters.

b) Direct the respondent No.10 and 11 to produce our mother namely Mst. Bachul and two sisters namely Rubab and Amina before this Hon’ble Court from the illegal confinement of respondent No.01 to 09.

c) To direct the respondent No.10 & 11 raid and recover our mother along with two sisters from the illegal custody of respondents No.01 to 09.

d) To direct respondent No.1 and 11 to provide protection  and respondents No.1 to 9 not to harass the petitioners and her family.

e) Any other relief this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be granted to the petitioner under the circumstances of the case.

            This Court vide order dated 28.6.2012 sent both the petitioners to Darul Aman, Larkana and notices were issued to respondents No.1, 3 & 8. Today both the petitioners have been produced from Darul Aman. Parents of petitioner No.1, Mst. Kainat Shah are present in Court. Maternal uncle of Mst. Sumera Shah is also present. Counsel for parties are present in Court. In the best interest of justice statements of both the petitioners have been recorded. Mst. Kainat Shah states that she intend to go with her parents. Mst. Sumera Shah states that now there is no danger to her life and she intend to go to the place of her choice. In these circumstances, after hearing the leaned counsel for the respective parties, Mst. Kainat Shah is allowed to go with her parents and Mst.Sumera Shah is set at liberty to go where she likes. Constitutional Petition stands disposed of accordingly. SSP Larkana shall provide protection to Mst. Sumera Shah till her destination.
