                        Learned advocate for applicant/complainant at the very out set submits that he would be satisfied if he is permitted to file direct complaint in the matter. Learned State Counsel recorded no objection. In these circumstances, the complainant would be at liberty to file direct complaint before the competent Court of law and instant Crl. Misc. Application is disposed of accordingly.
