                        Respondent No.1 has brought daily station diary of police station Nasirabad Distt: Kamber Shahdadkot wherein   as per entry NO.13  arrest of the alleged detenues  has been shown as suspected accused who were arrested at 10.00 a.m on 07.08.2012.   Learned Commissioner has submitted raid report dated 08.08.2012,  he conducted raid at police station at 5.00 p.m on 07.08.2012.  According to the raid report, the  name of detenue Razi  is  shown in FIR No.25/2002  for offence punishable U/S 402, 148, 149 PPC, while remaining detenues  were shown as suspected accused  in crime No.99/2012  registered at P.S Nasirabad for offence punishable U/S 324, 353, 148, 149 PPC lodged on behalf of the state.  All the detenues  except Razi are directed to appear  before the Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction tomorrow at 10:00 a.m and the respondent No.1 is directed to be present tomorrow alongwith all relevant documents before the Magistrate.  The Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction is directed to go through the entire documents and decide the matter of the detenues in accordance with the law  and if there is sufficient evidence available against the detenues  they may be dealt with in accordance with  law and in case of no evidence the detenues may be ordered to be discharged.  According to the learned counsel  cattle of the detenues are available at P.S.  SHO present in Court is directed to release cattle forthwith.  All the detenues are directed to furnish P.R bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/= each before the Additional Registrar of this Court today for their appearance on tomorrow before the  Judicial Magistrate having jurisdiction.

                        Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
