                        The  respondents have filed their statements through learned State Counsel whereby they stated that if the petitioner appeared at P.S his report  will be lodged as per his verbatim either U/S 154 or 155 Cr.P.C.

                        In  view of statement filed by the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied  and does not want to press the instant petition which stands disposed of accordingly.
