            Mr. Mian Raza Rabbani, Learned counsel for Ministry of Religious Affairs waives notices and submits that the forms to the petitioners shall be issued in terms of the Hajj Policy  2012 announced by Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Pakistan for the year 2012 and the applications/matters shall be dealt in accordance with law.

            Learned counsel for the petitioners, being satisfied with the above, request for disposal of the above petitions, in the fore-going terms.

            The petitions alongwith the pending applications, stand disposed of in the foregoing terms.
