Mr. Obaid-ur-Rahman Khan, advocate for the petitioners in C.Ps. No. 1112/12,

Mr. Mian Raza Rabbani, learned counsel for Ministry of Religious Affairs places a copy of the Hajj Policy 2012, copy whereof has already been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since the issue of continuation of enrolment of the existing operators, who were enrolled for the Hajj 2011, and also their entitlement to the service business already sanctioned in their favour for the Hajj 2011 has been addressed, inasmuch as in terms of the present policy they continue to be enrolled as such for the present Hajj and their service business shall remain intact, they would request for disposal of the above petitions, in the foregoing terms, but without prejudice to their contention that they have been enrolled in the year 2011 for the next five years.
The above petitions, alongwith the pending applications, stand disposed off in the foregoing terms.
