            Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted before us a photocopy of the Show Cause Notice dated 19.6.2012 issued to the petitioner by the Customs Authorities. He submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to dispose off the matter within fifteen days.

            We would, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to dispose of the matter within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this order.  Let a copy of this order be sent to the respondents instantly at the cost of the petitioner.
