Following reliefs have been sought through the instant petition :-

i) To direct the respondents No. 1 to 4 not to involve the petitioner or his office employees in any false criminal case with the collusion of respondents No. 5 and 6 or any other person by misusing their official power illegally and unlawfully;

ii) To direct the respondents No. 1 to 4 not to make the harassment to the petitioner or his other office employees by misusing their official powers, illegally and unlawfully.

Mrs. Haleema Khan, Additional A.G. who is present in Court in some other case, waives notice and receives copy of the petition.

By consent, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct themselves in the matter strictly in accordance with law and not to harass the petitioner illegally and/or unlawfully.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed off in the foregoing terms,
