Mr.  Moulvi Iqbal Haider, advocate for the appellant.

          Through this appeal, the appellant has challenged order dated 05.05.2012 whereby Banking Court No. 1 at Karachi has dismissed the appellants applications under section 12(2) CPC and under order VII rule 11 CPC.  Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the application under section 12(2) CPC was filed on the ground that the judgment and decree in this case have been obtained by fraud and misrepresentation,  however, he has not been able to show to us any such fraud and misrepresentation.  He has also not been able to disclose as to on what grounds he has filed application under order VII rule 11 CPC.

          We do not find any substance in the appeal. The appeal, alongwith the pending applications,  is accordingly dismissed.
