            Through this petition, the petitioner seeks setting-aside of order dated 09.5.2012, passed by VI –A.D.J. South in Civil Revision No. 69/2012 whereby on account of absence of respondent’s counsel despite notice,  the learned court suspended the order dated 29^th March 2012  passed by 1^st Civil Judge, Karachi-south  in Suit No. 1140/2006  whereby the appellant’s application under order VII rule 11, CPC was dismissed.

            The petition is absolutely misconceived, mala-fide and is not maintainable. The petitioner may however, appear before the learned A.D.J. so that an appropriate order may be passed as the suspension was ordered till the next date only.

            The petition, alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
