            Mrs. Haleema Khan, learned Adll: A.G. submits that in their comments respondents No. 1 and 2 have already stated that a summary with regard to the implementation of the judgment being sought to be implemented through the instant petition has already been submitted and that the judgment shall be implemented within a reasonable time.

            We would, therefore, disposed of this petition, alongwith the pending applications,  in the foregoing terms with directions that the implementation may be effected within two months from today.
