              The concerned employees of D.H.A. as per both the counsel,  have now been transferred to and absorbed  in the Clifton Cantonment Board, however, the only question that remains to be resolved is as to what rank the transferees shall enjoy in the Board.

              To resolve the above, the learned counsel have agreed to an order to the effect that transferees shall, in case the Board’s rules permit, enjoy the rank commensurate to the rank that they  held at the time of their transfer with D.H.A. and in other case such shall be as close to such rank as possible.

            The petition alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
