            In the instant application, filed on behalf of the respondents, it is stated that the parties to the present appeal have settled their dispute outside the court and have arrived at a settlement/compromise in Execution No. 59/2005, in terms whereof the execution has been disposed of vide order dated 19.3.2011. Alongwith the application are annexed the photocopies of the above.  Learned counsel for the appellants so also for respondent No. 3 verifies the above.  All of them request that the appeal may be disposed of in the foregoing terms.

            The application is granted. The appeal alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
