Learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that his client has instructed him to concede to the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition and for disposal of the petition accordingly.
We would therefore, allow the petition and direct the respondent No. 2 not to eject the petitioner from the demised premises other than the due process of law and also not to harass and/or intimidate him.
The petition alongwith the pending applications stands disposed of in the foregoing terms.
