None present for the petitioner.

Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-

i) Direct the respondents No. 1, 2 and 9 to file list of cases/FIRs with complete details, if any, in which the petitioner or his family members are required by them.

ii) Restrain the respondents No. 9, 11 to 14 and their men or subordinates from illegal harassment to the petitioner and his family members.

iii) Restrain the respondents from arresting the petitioner or his family members in any case/FIR without permission of this Hon’ble Curt.

iv) Take legal action against the respondents No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 11 to 14 for their illegal activities.

v) Direct the respondents No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10 to provide security and protection to petitioner and his family.

vi) Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.

Both the learned counsel submits that this petition can be disposed of by granting certain reliefs sought by the petitioner. As regards the prayer clause (i) learned A.A.G. as well as Mr. Ahmed Pirzada submits that only two FIRs being FIR No. 13 and 14 of 2010 registered with p.s. Anti-Encroachment Bin Qasim Town, Karachi, are pending. Since FIRs have already been disclosed as noted above, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to conduct themselves in the matter strictly in accordance with law and not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily and also to provide protection to the petitioner and his family in accordance with law.

The petition, along with the pending applications, stands disposed of in the forgoing terms.
