Mr. Abdul Hafeez Lakho, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that his client has instructed him to withdraw the petition so that respondent No.2 PMDC may hear him and decides the matter afresh. Mr. Malik Qamar Afsar, learned counsel for respondent No.2, has no objection to the above proposal so does the learned DAG expressed his no objection. We would, therefore, dismiss the petition as withdrawn with direction to respondent No.2 PMDC to consider the matter afresh sympathetically.
