          The petitioner present in person states that she has also recorded her statement before the concerned Station House Officer stating therein that she was not abducted by any one and has contacted marriage out of her free will. The SHO is also present and says that the Investigating Officer shall file appropriate report on the basis of statement of the petitioner in the Court for termination of the proceedings.

          In the circumstances, the petition stands disposed of.
