As Court work was suspended today, the matter is adjourned to 3.2.2012. Learned Advocate General Sindh shall ensure that the petitioners  reach their place of residence without being harmed by any one as it is apprehended that they might be killed on account of solemnization of their marriage out of free will.

Counsel for the petitioner states that DSP Atta Muhammad, posted at Shahdadpur, is supporting the complainant party and encouraging them to commit murder of the petitioners. In view of interim order passed by this Court, any harassment to the petitioners shall amount contempt of Court.
