          Learned counsel for the applicant states that since now the challan has been submitted and the matter is proceeding before the trial Court, he would be satisfied and will not press the instant application if the directions are issued to the D.I.G Police, Larkana, that whenever applicant approaches him for reinvestigation of F.I.R No. 05/2011 of P.S Kety Mumtaz, it shall be dealt with in accordance with law. Such request is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Accordingly, instant criminal miscellaneous application is disposed of as not pressed. However, the applicant is at liberty to move any such application for reinvestigation of the case as per law.
