                        Through instant petition, it has been complaint that the  petitioner is being harassed by his real son, the respondent No.3 namely Ghulam Mohammad, who is a notorious person whereas the police is also causing   harassment to the petitioner on account of misdeeds  of his son.  Pursuant to court notices, respondents No.1, 2 and 5 have filed their statements alongwith affidavits wherein all such allegations have been denied.

             Learned counsel for the  petitioner states that he will be satisfied if this petition is disposed off with the directions to the police officials  not to cause any harassment to the petitioner, particularly on account of any misdeeds  of his son. 

            Accordingly, this  petition is disposed off with direction  to the police officials  and not to cause harassment to the petitioner,  and to act strictly in accordance with the law.
