1. For orders on office objections.

2. For orders on M. A. No.2828/2011.

3. For orders on M. A. No.2829/2011.

4. For Hearing.

Mr. Ali Nawaz Ghanghro, advocate for applicants, alongwith applicants.

                             --------------------

1.                Office objection is overruled.

2.                Granted.

3.                Granted subject to all just exceptions.

4.                Per learned Counsel, the applicants were granted protective bail by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2011, passed in Crl. Bail Application No. 636/2011 and they approached the concerned Sessions Judge within stipulated period.  However, instead of entertaining their application the learned Sessions Judge transferred the same to the Additional Sessions Judge, Kashmore, who was on leave.  Subsequently their bail application was entrusted to Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhkot, but unfortunately he was also on leave, thus the protective bail order became influctuous.  In support of his contention, learned Counsel has placed on record photocopy of order passed in Crl. Bail Application No.636/2011 as well as certified true copies of the case diaries.

In view of above, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days to enable them to appear before the concerned Court subject to furnishing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Additional Registrar of this Court.  The operation of this order will cease to have its effect on or before 05.01.2012.

Needless to observe that the learned Sessions Judge shall entertain the pre-arrest bail application of the applicants instead of entrusting the same to any Additional Sessions Judge.

With the above observations this bail application is disposed of.
