By consent this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to proceed in the matter expeditiously and dispose of the same within two months from today.  However, the petitioner shall also fully cooperate with the official respondents in carrying out the above mandate within the prescribed period by providing to them all the relevant documents that may be required. Both the learned counsel agree that the documents required by the respondents are already known to the petitioner, which document the petitioner shall furnish to the respondents within one week‘s time from today.
