            DDO (R), Orangi Town, present in Court, has filed a statement on behalf of the CDGK enclosing a sketch and he states that yellow colour portion reflects that the building has been constructed and orange strip shows that the same has been encroached portion in the ground which is a public passage or a thoroughfare. It is stated that if the encroached portion got vacated the CDGK shall provide two alternate plots to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no concern with the encroachment and the same may be removed in accordance with law. Petitioner is satisfied with the above statement given on behalf of CDGK, he however, states that a time frame may be fixed for doing the needful. Officer concerned present in Court states that it will take some time. His statement is taken on record.

Petition in above terms stands disposed of. Let the needful be done and two plots measuring 60 Sq. Yds. each be provided to the petitioner within a period of two months with vacant and physical possession thereof, in case any violation of such statement, the same will be treated as violation of the Court's order and be dealt with strictly in accordance with law.
