It is stated that the petitioner and respondent No.3 the real brother they applied jointly to the respondent No.1 & 2 for amalgamation of their plots bearing Nos.SB-161 & SB-160 admeasuring 503.32 square yards and 502.32 square yards respectively and now there appears to be some differences between the brothers and they want to again bifurcate the amalgamated the plot bearing No.SB-160.

Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, learned counsel for the CDGK states that if the petitioner approaches the concerned authority complying with the requirement as per law and pay the fee as may be described such may be considered in accordance with law. The petitioner is satisfied with such statement and shall approach the authority may decide the matter preferably within a period of three months after due notice to the respondent No.3.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of alongwith listed application.
