Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to take proper remedy as available in accordance with law. The petitioners claim to be the owners of the subject property. They claim unauthorized occupation and construction over the said property and dispossessed by the private respondents. Since the relief claimed by the petitioner against the private respondent could be availed under Ordinance 2005.

Accordingly the petition is allowed to be withdrawn as the remedy available under the law to the petitioner.
