          At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, as per instruction of his client, he does not press the instant petition as the matter has been resolved out side the court between the parties. He has also filed a written statement alongwith its annexures to this effect. Since no one is in attendance on behalf of respondents, therefore, without commenting on the said compromise, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed alongwith listed applications.
