            This petition is against the private respondent, who has stated that they have already applied for the regularization of the deviation made in the approved building plan and stated that the matter is under process before the authority concerned. The authorities are directed to examine the same and finalize in accordance with law within two months and to ensure that no unauthorized construction is compounded.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms alongwith pending applications.
