Through application, duly signed by the Decree Holder, who is also present in Court, requests for withdrawal of the Execution Application has been made. It has been stated that since the matter has been amicably resolved outside the Court, therefore, Decree Holder does not want to press the instant Execution. Legal Advisor of NLC/Judgment Debtor verifies such contention.

Accordingly, instant application is allowed and the instant Execution is dismissed as withdrawn.
