Through instant petition, the petitioner being the mother of deceased namely Amber Rizwan, who died in crash of Air Blue Flight No.202, which met an accident on 28.07.2010 near Islamabad, has requested for issuance of succession certificate in respect of death compensation to be disbursed by Air Blue. All the legal heirs, who are major and present in Court have filed their Affidavit of no objection in favour of the petitioner. Original death certificate and other relevant documents are also annexed alongwith the petition. Publication in daily Jang dated 21.02.2011 has been made, however, no objection whatsoever from any corner has been received. It appears to be non-contentious matter. Two independent attesting witnesses namely, Muhamad Atif Zakir and Faraat Ali are present in Court, who have also verified the contention of the petitioner. There seems no impediment in the grant of instant petition, which is accordingly granted. Office is directed to issue succession certificate in favour of the petitioner as per rule.
