     The petitioner is present alongwith her counsel, who states that since the abductee namely Mst. Mumtaz was not found in possession of respondent No.4, who attended the Court alongwith the minor children namely Mohammad Saleh and Shazia and categorically stated that Mst. Mumtaz i.e. their mother is not residing with them and they have not seen her from last several years. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that since the whereabouts of Mst. Mumtaz are still not known, whereas the petitioner being the real mother is concerned about her well-being, therefore, directions may be issued to the D.P.O Shaheed Benazir Abad (Nawabshah) who shall make all possible efforts to trace the alleged abductee and produce her before this Court. He further states that he will not press instant petition, if such directions are issued by this Court.

     Accordingly, the D.P.O Shaheed Benazir Abad (Nawabshah) is directed to make all possible efforts to trace out the whereabouts of Mst. Mumtaz and produce her before the Nazir of this Court who shall seek further orders of this Court in this regard. The D.P.O is further directed that until Mst. Mumtaz is recovered, he shall continue his efforts and shall submit fortnightly report before the Nazir of this Court showing progress made for the purchases of tracing out the whereabouts of Mst. Mumtaz.

     The instant petition stands disposed in the above terms.
