1-2.      Comments have been filed on behalf of respondents No.2, 5 and 6, which are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied if he is allowed to file application before the DPOs, Badin and Mirpurkhas, for re-investigation of the case by unbiased and honest Investigation Officer and direction to dispose of his application within stipulated period. The proposal is reasonable and is not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition with the direction to the DPOs, Badin and Mirpurkhas, that if an application is filed by the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 for re-investigation of the case by honest and impartial officer then the same may be examined after giving opportunity to the petitioners or the counsel to present their point of view and dispose it of by an speaking order, in accordance with Police Order, 2002 within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of filing of such application. The DPOs are cautioned if the order of this Court is not complied with and no speaking order after hearing the petitioners is passed within 15 days then strict action against the delinquent officer may be taken.

Petition stands disposed off in the above terms alongwith listed application.
