This petition has been filed against the order of this court dated 24.05.2011 passed a Division Bench comprising of our learned Brothers Mr. Gulzar Ahmed and Mr. Shahid Anwar Bajwa, JJ., and therefore, there is no provision in law or there is no judgment on the basis of which this petition can be entertained.

Learned counsel does not press this petition which is dismissed as not pressed alongwith all pending applications. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the forum available under law for the relief claimed.
