Pursuant to Court's direction, SHO, P.S. Korangi, has produced the petitioner and his wife Mst. Hajra in Court. Mst. Hajra has stated that she has not been abducted by the petitioner, whereas she being sui juris has entered into a valid contract of marriage by exercising her right of free-will with petitioner namely Chutto Khan son of Kamal Khaskheli, who is present in Court. She further states that she is living with her husband and wants to go alongwith him and does not want to go with her father, who is present in Court as she has serious apprehension and threat to her life. Respondent No.6 present in Court alongwith his counsel states that neither he has harassed the petitioner nor has got any FIR registered against him about the abduction of his daughter, however states that since he had apprehension that his daughter has been abducted by the petitioner, therefore, he wanted to verify this aspect. He further submitted that in view of statement of her daughter, who has now stated in Court that she has not been abducted, he has no grievance against the petitioner and his daughter.

In view of hereinabove, the purpose of filing the instant petition has been achieved. Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of alongwith listed application with the direction to the concerned Police Station to provide protection to the petitioner as per law, as and when requested.
