4.         Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners entered into a contract with the Respondents whereby the Petitioners were authorized to establish CNG Station at the land owned by the Respondents and under the terms of the Agreement they were to provide valid title in order to obtain permission from the Ministry for installing CNG station and the Respondents without any reason are avoiding to provide valid title documents in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

We have heard the learned Counsel and perused the record.

It appears that through instant petition the Petitioners are seeking enforcement of the obligation arising from a contract between the Petitioners and the Respondents which in our opinion cannot be enforced through writ jurisdiction under Article 199 of the Constitution. The Petition being misconceived is hereby dismissed.
