3.                     It is inter alia contended by learned counsel for the applicants that both the applicants were never served with the court notices or bailable warrants issued against them for the date when N.B.Ws: were directed to be issued on a contempt application moved by the decree holders, whereas the learned executing court has issued N.B.Ws: against them. Per learned counsel, both the applicants have voluntarily appeared before this court and are wiling to surrender themselves before the learned executing court, provided operation of N.B.Ws: issued against them is suspended till date of hearing before trial Court, i.e. 24.3.2011.

                        Mr. Altaf Hussain Surahyo, State counsel waives notice and raises no objection for suspension of operation of N.B.Ws, against the applicants.

                        Accordingly, operation of N.B.Ws. issued against the applicants by learned executing court i.e. Senior Civil Judge, Shahdadkot, is suspended till 24.3.2011, subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court.

                        The applications stands disposed of.
