                        Mr. Abdul Hamid Bhurgri, Addl.A.G. alongwith Inspector Ali Ahmed on behalf of DPO Jacobabad, SIP Liaquat Ali SHO P.S Thull and proposed accused H.C Sher Mohammad and H.C Abdul Sattar.

                        Pursuant to court notice, proposed accused H.C Sher Mohammad and H.C Abdul Sattar have filed their statements, which are taken on record; copy supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

                        Inspector Ali Ahmed is present on behalf of DPO Jacobabad and has offered unconditional apology on behalf of the DPO. He referred to the statement of the DPO, wherein the D.P.O has stated that pursuant to the court notice, the SPO, and SHO Thull were bound down to produce all the proposed accused persons in court on the previous date of hearing, who have neglected in this regard and the DPO has issued show cause notice to SPO Thull and suspended SHO P.S Thull. Inspector Ali Ahmed further stated that two proposed accused namely PC Manzoor Ali  and PC Muhammad Sallah are required in Crime NO. 25/2011, registered at P.S Thull and have absconded. Such state of affairs on the part of police officials is not appreciatable.

                        Learned A.A.G. states that he is issuing specific directions to all the concerned to be careful while complying with court notices.

                        Looking at the nature of the allegations as contained in the instant petition, by consent of both the counsel the instant petition is being disposed of with direction to SHO P.S Thull to record statement of the petitioner, and if from his statement a cognizable offence is made out against the proposed accused, to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.
