                        Pursuant to court directions, the DPO Kamber Shahdadkot   has  submitted his inquiry  report   which is taken on record.  It has been  stated in such inquiry report that  statements of both the petitioner as well as  husband of the alleged missing lady Mst.Marvi, were   recorded.  It appears that the husband of Mst.Marvi namely Mashooq   and other  relatives  stated on oath  that they have  not caused any harm to Mst.Marvi nor they have detained  her  illegally.  

             The petitioner present in Court stated that he is satisfied  with the statements on oath, hence does not  press  any charges against such respondents about abduction or illegal confinement  of Mst.Marvi. 

             However, since Mst.Marvi is still missing and her whereabouts  are not known, the DPO Kamber Shahdadkot is directed to make all efforts  to  trace out  Mst.Marvi  and  produce her before this Court.  Such exercise shall be continued until  Mst.Marvi is recovered.   Compliance report to be submitted within 15 days  through Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        In view of hereinabove facts, by consent of learned counsel for the  parties, this  petition is disposed of in above terms.
