                        Applicant Wali Jan Mazari present in person, states that he has forgiven accused persons and does not want to proceed with both the cases. The learned State counsel states that the respondents/ accused who are present in court have brought judgment dated 14.2.2011, passed in Sessions Case No. 69/2010, arisen out of crime No.156/2010, registered at P.S Kashmore, under section 302, 109, 337-H (2), 148, 149 P.P.C, whereby all the accused persons have been acquitted under section 256-H (i) Cr.P.C. The certified copy of the judgment is placed on record.

                        Accordingly, in view of hereinabove facts and the statement of the applicant both the cases, which otherwise have become infructuous, are dismissed as not pressed.
