                        Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be satisfied and will not press the instant petition if the private respondents are restrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner, and further  the official respondents may be directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner as per law.

                        To this extent, learned  Asstt: A.G extends no  objection and states that legal protection will be provided  to the petitioner as per law.

                        Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that  neither any harassment   was caused by the respondents nor the same will be caused in future.

                        To this submission, the learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied.  Accordingly,  instant petition is  dismissed as not pressed.
