            Mr. Abdul Rehman A. Bhutto, advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of respondents No.1,2 4 and 5, which is taken on record. The respondents are also present in Court. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the instant petition is misconceived and has been filed against private respondents alleging harassment whereas no harassment whatsoever has been caused by the respondents. He further states that no harassment will be caused by the private respondents to the petitioner.

            To this undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied and does not press the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed.
