Respondents No.3 & 6 present in person.

Pursuant to Court notices, respondents No.3 and 6, namely, Muhammad Alam and Abdul Nabi are present in Court alongwith their Counsel Miss Rubina Dhamrah, who has filed Vakalatnama on their behalf, which is taken on record.
Respondent No.3 Muhammad Alam present in Court vehemently denies the allegations and states that he has not caused harassment to the petitioner, nor he will cause the same in future. The learned Counsel for respondents No.3 & 6 states that since there is some dispute over the custody of minors, therefore, the petitioner has filed the instant petition.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied and will not press the instant petition if respondent No.3 is restrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner and her children.
To this submission, Counsel for the respondent No.3states that respondent No.3 has already given undertaking and he will also execute personal bond before the Additional Registrar of this Court for his good conduct.
In view of hereinabove, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to the respondent No.3 not to cause harassment to the petitioner or her children and execute personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. As regards the custody of the minors, parties are directed to maintain status quo, or to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in this regard. The official respondents are directed to provide legal protection to the petitioner as per law.
The instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
